Shopping center City Center one East opened its doors on March
29th, 2012. This is the third project of the investor
Kaufmann Group, which represents an investment worth 135 million
Euro.
Kaufman Group's vast experience in development and management of
shopping centers all over Middle and East Europe was proven on the
extremely successful projects of shopping centers City Center one
West in Zagreb and City Center one Split. These were the platforms
for the development of City Center one East that is managed by
domestic experts employed by the Croatian company CC Real
d.o.o.k.d.
Zagreb's Žitnjak received a make-over with the grand opening of
City Center one East. The entire eastern part of the town as well
as surrounding residential areas and towns have now a new shopping
destination. Center spreads over 130 000 square meters of
gross surface area with 50 000 square meters of sales area divided
into three floors that are connected with lifts and stairs. We have
prepared 2400 free parking spaces for our visitors, including also
special family parking spaces. Family parking spaces are 50% larger
than average parking spaces and are intended for a large family
shopping. The entire inner area of the Center is also designed to
be friendly to disabled people and children.
The most distinctive feature of the Center is the large glass
roof that provides daylight during the day and thus enables
pleasant environment for Center's visitors and shopping. Center's
wide hallways and space bathed in light as well as transparent
glass surfaces make this space well laid out and easy to
orientate.
In the Center there is a large Interspar hypermarket, as well as
numerous other brands. We would like to name only a few: Zara,
H&M, C&A, Modiana, Interspar, Elipso, dm, Müller, Bipa, New
Yorker, Tezenis, Intimissimi, Calzedonia, Bershka, Pull&Bear,
Stradivarius, LTB, Jeordie's, Oysho, Humanic, OVS, Pittarello,
Deichman, Takkofashion, Tintilinić, ShoeBeDo , OshKosh,
one2play, Watch centar, Farmacia, Office shoes, Peko,
Galileo, MyHouse, Studio Moderna, CoinCasa, ZOO City, Hervis,
Exclusive change, Se-Mark (Vip), T-com and many more.
In addition to different brands and stores, we also offer our
visitors a wide selection of different restaurants and coffee
houses as well as large Cineplexx, the state-of-the-art
seven-screen movie theatre. Moreover, there is also Wettpunkt slot
machine club in the Center. For our youngest visitors we have
a large Kid's Jungle play area that spreads over more than 500
square meters and offers best fun in town as well as creative arts
and crafts workshops under supervision of our expert personnel
seven days a week.
City Center one East is located in the east part of Zagreb along
the busiest Zagreb's traffic road Slavonska Avenija. The
Center is very well connected with the surrounding closer and more
distant residential areas. The Center is located within a 15 minute
drive from the Capital's center. City Center one East is reachable
from all the parts of the city by car or means of public
transportation. Our visitors may reach the Center by bus no.
281 from the bus stop Novi Jelkovec, 225 from the
bus stop Sesvete, 216 and 276 from the bus stop
Kvaternikov trg, and 107 from the bus stop
Jankomir as well as by tram no. 13 from the tram station
Kvaternikov trg to the end station Žitnjak.
