City Center one West:
City Center one Jankomir in Zagreb is the first project of Center one group and it is worth 140 million Euros. It has been opened since 12th of October 2006 and it stretches over 100.000 square meters of gross surface, and it has 130 stores, bars, restaurants and services. It is located in west part of the town, with excellent traffic connections, weather you are traveling by car or public transportation.
City Center one Split:
Second Center of Center one group is located in Vukovarska 207 street in Split and it stretches over 180.000 square meters of gross surfaces. This 160 million Euros worth investment has for the first time in the region gathered some of most known Croatian and foreign brands, available in 110 stores, bars, restaurants and service places.
City Center one East:
After the projects in Split and Zagreb Jankomir, Center one group has started third project in Zagreb Žitnjak area worth 135 million Euros. Center spreads over 130 000 square meters of gross surface area with 50 000 square meters of sales area divided into three floors that are connected with lifts and stairs.
